How to Order:

Shopping - After choosing a product to buy, click the "Add to Cart" button. You will be directed to a secure PayPal web page where you can change the quantity, review or cancel your order. Shipping will be calculated based on the published pricing after you enter your location.

Checking Out - After you've finished making your selections, proceed to Checkout to review your order and submit it for processing. At this point you'll be asked to log in by entering your e-mail address and password if you have a PayPal account otherwise enter your billing information. Be sure to fill in all the required fields. When you submit your final order, you will receive an order number. Please record this number. You'll receive confirmation of your order by e-mail.

Payment Methods We Accept: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All orders placed via this website are secure. This means that your credit card number and all other sensitive information will be protected by encryption.

Status of Order: You may e-mail us at patricia@feelingsfamily.com or for an update. To help us get right back to you, please include the order number, the name and address we shipped your order to, and the date you ordered.

Sales Tax: All sales take place in Oregon where there is no sales tax.

Pricing and Availability – All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. There are no quantity limitations, however, large orders may be delayed.

Shipping & Handling: Items will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail to the U.S. and Canada only. For shipping outside of those areas, please e-mail us at patricia@feelingsfamily.com.

 

Warranty: These dolls are partially hand-made in Costa Rica. As a result some parts of them may be fragile. For example, the hands may come loose from where they are attached when you first get them. If this or similar things happen, please contact us. We will endeavor to repair your dolls with in the first 90 days after they were purchased. If we cannot repair your doll, we will replace it.

The above is the only warranty offered on the dolls, written or implied. All dolls are sold AS IS. We specifically do NOT offer an implied WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Return Policy: You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Feelings Family LLC within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just email patricia@feelingsfamily.com or marty@feelingsfamily.com, and we will guide you through the process.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
